There is a radiance in each of us
Could we but see it
And to see
We have only
to hold
our heads high
And look

Who can benefit?
Are you coping with:
•Life transitions or changes?
• Longing for deeper life meaning and connection?
• Anxiety?
• Depression?
• Loss or Grief?
• Feeling stuck?
• Discovering or re-defining your identity?
• Traumatic experiences?
• Relationship issues?
How Can It Help?
Psychotherapy provides confidential, safe support, navigating life’s challenges with a professional trained to help you heal.
With connection and support we can move beyond our stuck patterns, outdated beliefs and old wounds into experiencing
life at it’s best. Holistic psychotherapy can address symptoms, problem solve, develop new behaviors and act as a forum for
ongoing expansion and self-growth.
Some people come to deal with a specific issue. Others use it seasonally over time as life phases present new challenges.
And others, particularly caregivers and those in highly responsible positions use it as an ongoing avenue for personal growth,
to promote balance and healthy functioning.
What is Holistic Psychotherapy?
Holistic psychotherapy for individuals, couples and groups is based on respect for the organic capacity and wholeness of body,
mind and spirit to heal. Often hidden beneath our fears and reactivity, these capacities, gifts and unique light are always there.
Not just in some of us, but in all of us.
Our therapeutic conversations weave everyday problem solving, humor, and deeper exploration
to help you connect to your own light and life in ways that satisfy. Through the wisdom of the body, the spirit and emotions, in partnership with the mind, you can reclaim yourself. Together, we sculpt away unwanted excess and pain to reveal essence.
There are many paths up the mountain. Each person is unique. In that spirit, we collaborate using the active approaches that
most match your needs, addressing the whole self: body, mind and spirit. In addition to talking, some of these approaches
we may use include:
• Somatic Experiencing and body oriented psychotherapy
• Power therapies:
- EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing)
- TAT (Tappas Acupressure Technique)
- EFT/TFT (Emotional Freedom Technique/Thought Field Therapy)
- HBLU (Healing from Body Level Up)
• Systemic Constellations Work
• Brain Gym & Applied Kinesiology
• Guided Imagery, Hypnosis & Dreamwork

Where is it offered and how do we begin?
Sessions are offered at my office in Natick, MA
Phone sessions are available to clients who have had in person sessions who on occasion cannot get to the office, (though this may not be covered by insurance).
Sessions are generally 50 minutes, although longer sessions can be negotiated according to need.
After an initial phone conversation where we can determine if I’m the best person for your specific needs, we schedule a meeting to mutually see if there is a good fit for us to work together. If I am unable to see you, I will try to help you find a practitioner who may be of assistance or see if you might benefit from a workshop or group.
Using Insurance?
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in MA and CT. I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield Indemnity plans. For BC/BS PPO and all other non-HMO insurance plans you pay for sessions at time of service and get reimbursed by your insurance company for the allowed amount. Some HMOs will approve coverage if my services have a focused specialty you require that is not within your plan. Usually this requires special pre-approval. If you need to use insurance I strongly recommend you contact your insurance and determine your coverage before we meet.
